You are absolutely correct; our pricing is not online. All pricing is given over email or phone only. Contact us!
How can I order your products?
Orders are accepted by phone, email, fax, and live carrier pigeons. To process your order we require your billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, shipping preference, and choice of payment method.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, checks, PayPal, wire transfers. There may be fees associated with certain forms of payment. For specific information regarding payment methods please contact us.
I live in the US. How will you ship my order?
We generally use UPS or FedEx to ship out all orders. You may let us know if you have a preference between the two; the cost of shipping is added to your invoice. If you already have an account with UPS or FedEx we are glad to ship your order using your account #. For large orders, you may choose to use a freight/trucking company to ship the order on a skid/pallet.
I live in Canada. How will you ship my order?
Orders going to Canada are shipped by UPS; the cost of shipping is added to your invoice (UPS charges brokerage fees & duties/taxes directly to receiver). If you have an account with UPS we are glad to ship your order using your account #. For large orders, you may choose to use a freight/trucking company to ship the order on a skid/pallet.
I live outside the US & Canada. How will you ship my order?
Small orders going outside USA & Canada are shipped by USPS. For large orders, (requiring a skid/pallet) a shipping company may be used.
